Internship
Business & Marketing Assistant

Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit to support our commercial development and help us to grow further? Are you passionate about digital communication and community management ? Do you know all tips and tricks to increase the visibility of our company on social media platforms? Do you have affinities with arts, fashion and the LGBT community? Then you might be the person we are looking for !

Responsibilities :

  • Managing of the e-shop, shipment of orders, and customer service

  • Supporting strategic analyzes on market & competitors

  • Identifying new customers & sales channels.

  • Help with acquisition of new customers across different channels

  • Participating in brainstorming sessions.

  • ​Working on improving sales materials.

  • Measuring and reporting the results of sales initiatives.

  • Analyzing the current digital marketing strategy, making recommendations to the management team for improvements and implementing agreed recommendations.

  • ​Working on optimizing website / product / campaign pages

  • Designing social media campaign, creating social media contents, and help expanding the presence and visibility of the company on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok…).

  • Writing contents for the company’s blog or website.

  • Creating contents for mail diffusion (newsletter…) or online diffusion.

  • Follow-up and improvement of SEO.

Qualifications / Skills :

 

  • Applied understanding of basic business and sales principles

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently

  • Comfortable with multitasking 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch, any additional language is an asset

The ideal candidate :

  • You’re studying in business management, in a creative field or similar and you are looking to gain experience in a real work environment, for a young but ambitious company active in arts and design.

  • You are passionate about entrepreneurship and business development, and you have affinities with arts, fashion and the LGBT community.

  • You’re creative with your ideas, curious, responsible, honest and you dare to be bold even if it means that you make mistakes - you quickly learn from them so they’re not repeated.

  • You’re comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and like to do things differently.
